PACE: The flats will be 18-22 mph and hills will be at your own pace with a regroup at the top. The entire ride averages 16-18 mph. We try to wait for everyone, but please download the route in case you are separated from the group.
  
RIDER LEVEL: This ride is intended for riders who have experience riding and the fitness to keep pace on flat roads while drafting. We welcome riders who may be new to group riding–just let us know before the ride so that we can fill you in on group riding etiquette for everyone’s safety.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Mechanically sound road bike, helmet, and flat repair kit. Clipless pedals are suggested.
PACE: The entire ride averages 16-18 mph. Flat road areas will average 18-22 mph. Hill climbs will be at your own pace with a regroup at the top. We try to accommodate and wait for everyone, but we are not always able to do so depending on the number of ride leaders available and pace of the group, which varies each month.

GROUP RIDING SAFETY: Please avoid wheel overlap and do not brake abruptly. Hand signals are used to communicate road hazards. If hand signals cannot used, please holler them out for the riders behind you.
