Build time is 5-7 days from receiving all parts.
Process:
1) Email us at hello@cycleWiz.co with hub information to check that the hub is compatible with Berd spokes.
2) Purchase wheel build and specify black or white spokes in Purchase Notes.
Straight pull is more labor intensive and requires additional parts.
Optional: Custom spoke colors. Add this to your basket before checkout.
3) We pick up the rims and hubs from you.
Optional: If you’d like valve setup, include valve tape and valves.
4) We build your wheels.
5) We deliver your completed wheels to you.
Delivery service is within 25 miles of San Marcos, CA. There will be a $30 surcharge for delivery outside of this radius within San Diego County.
Disclaimer: Hub holes will be modified, so hub warranty will be nullified.
